We offer one-on-one coaching, Sisterhood Circle group coaching, and special topic workshops.

Coaching is available via phone calls, video calls (Zoom or FaceTime), and in-person when available.

Do you offer in-person coaching?
Yes, when scheduling and location allow. Most sessions are virtual for flexibility.

One-on-one sessions are typically 50 minutes. Group Sister Circle sessions may range from 80–110 minutes.

This depends on the package or program. Sister Circles meet twice a month. One-on-one sessions are scheduled weekly or biweekly.

Yes. We offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to ensure we’re a good fit.

Yes. Sessions are tailored to your goals and needs, while still anchored in biblical truth.

Yes. One-on-one sessions are strictly confidential. Group sessions are held in confidence within the group with mutual respect agreements.

Absolutely. Many clients benefit from combining both for individual and community growth.

Yes. We work with women navigating motherhood, marriage, healing, transition, and purpose discovery.

A Sister Circle is an intimate, faith-based group coaching program with no more than 8 women per circle.

Your assigned circle meets twice a month.

Each session includes prayer, coaching, open discussion, biblical teaching, games, raffles, and light refreshments (in person).

Yes. Each participant signs an agreement to maintain group confidentiality to protect every woman’s story.

Unfortunately, you can not join the Sister Circle mid-month. Enrollment windows are scheduled. Please inquire about the next opening.

No. Only registered participants may attend. We keep the group size small for intimacy.

No. The Sister Circle is a faith-based coaching program intentionally designed for biological women only. This sacred space was created to address the unique emotional, spiritual, and life experiences of women born female. We honor and respect all individuals, but to preserve the purpose and integrity of this circle, we kindly ask that participation be limited to biological women.

Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to create a focused and distraction-free environment for adult women. While we understand the challenges of motherhood, we kindly ask that children not attend, as we do not offer childcare at this time.

Biblical principles are woven into every session, but they are coaching-focused rather than a traditional Bible study.

Yes. Sister Circles are structured as monthly commitments to promote consistency, trust, and meaningful connection. We understand that life happens, but please note: after three consecutive missed sessions, your spot may be released.

We accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Checks are not accepted.

Yes. Payment plans are available for select packages or programs.

No. Coaching is not covered by insurance at this time.

Yes. We offer a private, income-based sliding scale for qualifying individuals.

“Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of completing their first paid session if they feel the coaching is not a good fit. After this period, all sales are final.” 

Due to the nature of coaching, refunds are not issued after the first session. Clients are encouraged to commit fully and communicate concerns early.

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice will be considered used and are non-refundable.

Due to limited space and group structure, Sister Circle program fees are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

Yes. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing the session.

Yes. Missed sessions without prior notice will be charged in full.

No. Once a group program has started, it is non-refundable due to limited spots.

You will receive a confirmation via email or text upon successful payment.

Both. Sessions are faith-led but also offer practical tools and accountability.

Some programs may include digital or printed workbooks, which will be provided or available for purchase.

Absolutely. Coaching is ideal for anyone seeking clarity, growth, alignment, or purpose—even if things seem "fine."

Yes. No experience is necessary. We will walk you through everything step by step.

Participants must be 18 or older to join.

Yes. We offer a private sliding scale to support women in need. Just ask—your healing matters.

Not at all. All levels of spiritual knowledge are welcome. We teach and walk alongside you.

While results vary, many women report emotional healing, greater clarity, stronger boundaries, improved relationships, spiritual renewal, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Yes. Depending on your program, we offer optional private check-ins, group chats, or accountability tools between sessions.

Yes. We are trauma-informed and sensitive to the unique healing journey of each woman.

Not at this time, but we are developing programs specifically for younger women in the future.

While anonymity isn't possible in the group setting, confidentiality is honored. If you prefer privacy, one-on-one coaching may be better.
